If you keep envisioning how everything could go wrong with a certain plan,
you have to stop doing that to yourself. You deserve a happier outlook. You
deserve to feel more optimistic. And you deserve a much better outcome than
you are picturing.
The only way to get that better outcome is to start believing you will
experience it. By imagining all of the worst-case scenarios, you are only
tainting your good energy and causing yourself stress and heartache. It can
do no harm to envision the best.
