不用刻意.總有那麼幾個會質疑的.趁機說“為什麼”就好..因為是工作所以不解釋會被排擠..然後會造成自己灰心..然後就會放給他爛...變成惡性循環太虧了啊！

最近為了轉換職場的關係，被原先公司的主管在外亂說話，預定就任的公司雖不盡信，但也不瞭解我真正的能力，過去總覺得要解釋很麻煩，所以總是被誤解然後中傷，不停的惡性循環，還變成一直否定自己，後來清醒了，決定不管怎樣，一定要保護內在那個認真付出卻傷痕纍纍的自己，謝謝原po
