Someone once said that you can break a habit if you persist for twenty-one day
s. If you can stop doing something habitual for a mere three weeks, you can qu
it it forever - or at least that's the theory. But if that is true, then the o
pposite must also be true. If you do something for a few weeks, it becomes a h
abit that is hard to break. Have you been thinking negatively in recent weeks,
Gemini? Have you been assuming the worst? Have you been entertaining thoughts
that there is no way your life can get better? If so, break that habit now an
d get into the habit of thinking positive thoughts instead.
某個人曾經說過:只要你堅持21天,你就可以打破一個習慣。
如果你可以停止現在正在進行當中習慣性的事,只要僅僅維持三週,
你就可以永遠戒除它 — 或者它至少是一個理論。
如果那個理論是真的,那麼它的相反也一定是真的。
