A work effort or perhaps some kind of a group project has been pressing on you

saying yes to every request that comes your way. Maybe you think that when the
burden becomes too heavy, you can begin saying no at that point. But up until
that point, you will still be carrying an extraordinary amount of responsibil
ity. The time to speak up is now.
