The following criteria have been adopted by the OIE for determining
pathogenicity of an influenza A virus:
a) One of the two following methods to determine pathogenicity in chickens is
used. A high pathogenicity(病原性) influenza A virus is:
i) any influenza A virus that is lethal3 for six, seven or eight of eight 4-
to 8-week-old susceptible chickens within 10 days following intravenous inoculation with
0.2 ml of a 1/10 dilution of a bacteria-free, infective allantoic fluid
or
ii) any influenza A virus that has an intravenous pathogenicity index (IVPI)
greater than 1.2. The following is the IVPI procedure:(省略)
b) For all H5 and H7 viruses of low pathogenicity in chickens, the amino acid
sequence of the connecting peptide of the haemagglutinin must be determined.
If the sequence is similar to that observed for other HPAI isolates, the isolate being tested will be
considered to be HPAI (see the table that lists all the reported haemagglutinin proteolytic
cleavage site of HA0 protein for H5 and H7 LPAI and HPAI viruses based on deduced amino acid
sequence, which can be found on the OFFLU site at:
低病原性H5及H7亞型病毒分離株仍應比對含Ｈ蛋白質切割位的胺基酸序列，若與其他高病
原病毒之序列相似、則應視同為高病原株
所以蔡所長不敢回答李導演的原因還是如同他自己所說的: 你要怎麼對農民交代?
但是一個正常交易不就該建立在資訊的對稱上
賣方適當地揭露會影響買方買賣決策的資訊？
當然如果全世界各種市場的所有賣方都有這樣的良心的話
政府就不需要去立法來制定各種資訊揭露的法條
(拿金融業來舉例，上市櫃公司必須定時揭露財報)
而這就是政府所應該扮演卻沒做好的角色
