節錄競賽規則
III Round
Each judge will now rank the 6 finalists in her/his own preference; the accumu
lated minority of votes will determine the ranking of the finalists. Evaluatio
n method: rank 1 = 1 point, rank 2 = 2 points, etc. In case of a tie, the plac
e of a finalist is determined by the total number of points b) accumulated in
the two previous rounds voting. For the decision with regard to final prizes,
the jury must consider all the performances throughout the Competition. The 1s
t Prize/Gold Medal (the tied vote is unacceptable) can be awarded by a majorit
y of votes (with a deciding vote of at least 8 out of 11). For special prices
each judge will give one name; prices will be decided by simple majority of vo
tes. Jury decisions are final and not revocable.
