美國前聯準會主席柏南奇在一場演講提到如下

Now suppose that a modern alchemist solves his subject's oldest problem by
finding a way to produce unlimited amounts of new gold at essentially no
cost. Moreover, his invention is widely publicized and scientifically
verified, and he announces his intention to begin massive production of gold
within days. What would happen to the price of gold? Presumably, the
potentially unlimited supply of cheap gold would cause the market price of
gold to plummet. Indeed, if the market for gold is to any degree efficient,
the price of gold would collapse immediately after the announcement of the
invention, before the alchemist had produced and marketed a single ounce of
yellow metal.
意思就是說不用真的發明煉金術，只要宣稱煉金術已經發明了，金價就會崩跌
一個中國也是同樣的意思，中國早就放棄武器侵台了，因為這是成本最大的做法
它只要不斷在國際上強調一個中國，塑造出台灣問題不是國際問題而是國內問題
加上馬英九這個了尾仔在國際場合幫忙認證，
不用真的實現統一慢慢地大家就會認為台灣已經是中國一部分了
這樣打不打戰已經沒意義了，已經變成內戰的情況下，外國沒資格干預
美國憑甚麼干預，又或者它為什麼要干預
普丁強行進入了克里米亞時美國有做甚麼嗎？
不要期待美國一定會幫台灣做甚麼？這是很不切實際的幻想
我個人認為啦
台灣短期內可以維持
但是長時間來看台灣不可避免地要和中國和平統一
因為台灣要獨立的最佳時機點早就過去了
人民自決這種東西你說現在公投我還沒把握獨立可以超過一半咧
而且效力在哪？裁判球員都是中國的人
