蔡依林 Jolin Tsai，著名華語流行音樂女歌手，被媒體稱為「亞洲流行天后」，以其不
斷創新的舞曲音樂及百變形象而為人所熟知 。她對蛋糕創作藝術也展現不凡的天賦與熱
情，這從她從未令人失望的翻糖蛋糕中可以得到印證。蔡依林更成立了蛋糕工作室皇后陛
下 Your Majesty，工餘的時候，她也孜孜不倦參加各種工作坊，與不同的蛋糕藝術大師
學習，以期在蛋糕藝術領域上繼續精進。

Jolin Tsai, the famous Chinese pop music singer, or more widely referred to by
the media as the “Asian Pop Queen”, is well-known for her innovative dance
music and ever-changing style. She has displayed extraordinary talent and enth
usiasm in her cake masterpieces, especially her fondant cakes which never fail
to surprise. She has set up a cake studio “YOUR MAJESTY”, participates in v
arious workshops after work, and consults many cake masters in order to contin
uously learn and grow.
