其實能不能獨立叫台灣國我是沒那麼在乎，
只要不被中國人統治就行了。
那麼自護要不要軍隊？
美國爸爸最近在搞這個：
《台灣國防評估委員會法案》
（ H.R. 5680: Taiwan Defense Assessment Commission Act of 2018, TDACA）
大家可能以為，美國只會嘴炮嗎？
統派中國人會噓說：美國人不會救你。
然而如果我們仔細推敲會發現，
TDACA雖然沒有具體規定
要給予那些援助，
但是成立的委員會
儼然是台灣軍方的太上單位。
美日、美韓有軍事同盟，
但這個委員會已經具備
部份指揮司令部的功能：
1. 戰略規劃與資源管理
(Strategic planning and resource management)
2. 人事管理與軍力開發
(Personnel management and force development)
3. 聯合作戰規劃與評估
(Joint operational planning and assessment)
4. 軍備評量與評估
(Military readiness measurement and assessment)
5. 指揮、管控、通訊、與情報
(Command, control, communications, and intelligence)
6. 科技研究與開發
(Technology research and developmen)
7. 防禦項目採購與後勤
(Defense article procurement and logistics)
這七個項目看起來
跟國防部要幹的事有87％像。
