Malaysia deploys KD Kelantan (F175) to Luconia Shoals after China Coast Guard
vessel 3401 reportedly harassed the offshore support vessel Java Imperia.
Luconia Shoals are undersea features 62 miles off Sarawak (even closer to
Malaysian mainland than Panatag Shoal is to PH) and are being claimed by
China. The CCG has stationed patrol vessels around the shoals since 2015.
