1. 總統 / 被認可的國家高階官員 (內閣/議員/部長)
2. 國際法院會員
3. 國際法學會會員
4. 大學教授, 榮譽退休教授, 歷史/社會/法律/哲學/神學/宗教的副教授, 大學校長/董事/院長或等階職位人士, 和平研究所院長以及外交政策研究所院長
5. 諾貝爾獎受獎者
6. 諾貝爾獎受獎機構的院長或等階人士
7. 前任或者現任諾貝爾獎協會會員
8. 前任諾貝爾獎機構顧問
沒滿足任一條件的人的提名是不算數的.
同時間諾貝爾獎協會的確有50年不公開的規定
可是並沒有限制提名者不能說出去.

所以接下來就去找最早資訊哪時候出現的.

裡面你可以看到有提到幾個組織和人物
1. Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting

5. Anastasia Lin (加拿大小姐和演員)
其中最特別的是第一個, DAFOH, 他們在2016年也被投名過.

由此推論應該是於2016年投名DAFOH的人在2017年也投名這個人.
