除違反奧林匹克憲章給予相關處置和懲處之外，如國家奧會的活動遭該國憲法、法律或其
他規定，或任何政府及其他機構的行為所影響或阻礙，國際奧會執行委員會於聽取該國家
奧會意見後，得做任何適當決定以保護國家奧會的奧林匹克活動，包括中止或撤回對該國
家奧會的承認。
Apart from the measures and sanctions provided in the case of infringement of
the Olympic Charter, the IOC Executive Board may take any appropriate
decisions for the protection of the Olympic Movement in the country of an
NOC, including suspension of or withdrawal of recognition from such NOC if
the constitution, law or other regulations in force in the country concerned,
or any act by any governmental or other body causes the activity of
the NOC or the making or expression of its will to be hampered. The IOC
Executive Board shall offer such NOC an opportunity to be heard before any
such decision is taken.
