講的是兩件事
1.中國20~24歲大學以上學歷失業率20%，累計到今年畢業季之前
2500萬人中，約有500萬人仍處於失業狀態
2.今年中國大學應屆畢業生870萬人
根據之前發布的春招求職報告，只有25%的畢業生已經事先獲得內定
剩下75% 基本上是畢業即失業
