: enough states have certified their election results to determine a

: uploaded today (or anytime after) that misleads people by alleging that

: election, in line with our approach towards historical U.S. Presidential

真正賦予總統選舉權利的美國憲法，規定的最終確認日期是1/20。
其他日期如12/8、12/14、1/6為聯邦法典，聯邦法律不能踰越美國憲法。
YouTube稱12/8過了，就可以確認下任美國總統是誰，其實並不正確。
