所以我去看了一下外媒
所有外媒標題都是
who否認covid-19來自於實驗室
並沒有說不是起源於武漢
所以三立這篇的標題是在誤導

Out of those, only the lab leak has now been discounted as "extremely unlikely".
Further research into it will not be pursued - at least not by them.
在這些假設中，只有從實驗室流出被認為
不可能，將來有關來自實驗室的進一步研究
將不再進行，至少不會由who來執行。
所以who目前的結論是covid-19不是來源於
實驗室，其他的可能性都存在。
