文獻要看新的，不要看舊的
尤其疫情之初，一堆未知在摸索的事情
"發現"變化非常快
舉例來說，若是看去年3.4月的"文獻"
大概會有好幾篇說HCQ有效
但後來證實沒有效
你引的文獻是去年4月的
且內文最後也說預計9月臨床結果會出來
所以至少可以去找他的臨床結果
而非初期觀察到的現象

Clinical Data on Vitamin C in Outpatients With COVID-19
The limitations of this study include the small sample size and the lack of a
placebo control. In outpatients with COVID-19, treatment with high-dose zinc g
luconate, ascorbic acid, or a combination of the two supplements did not signi
ficantly decrease the number of days required to reach a 50% reduction in a sy
mptom severity score compared with standard of care.
