Today, the EU Digital COVID Certificate has reached another important
milestone with the go-live of the technical system at EU level, which allows
to verify certificates in a secure and privacy-friendly way. The EU
certificate was proposed by the Commission to resume safe travelling this
summer. It will be free of charge, secure and accessible to all. Available in
digital format or on paper, it will be a proof that a person has been
vaccinated against COVID-19, tested negative, or recovered from an infection.

也許有其他歐盟國家非要施打疫苗才能進入，厲害的鄉民可以提供資訊。
目前歐盟、中國、美國都沒有強硬規定必須施打疫苗才能進入該區域，
我們的媒體超前部署幫我台灣島民設想若沒有國際認證的疫苗，
