Employers in 15 countries report their highest hiring outlook since the
survey began, focused in Europeand North America. Meanwhile, the global
talent shortage shows no sign of slowing, with 69% of employers
reporting difficulty filling roles – a 15-year high for the second
consecutive quarter. To overcome thisshortage, employers must provide
incentives such as skills development, increased wages and greater flexibility.
