今天是聯合國通過2758號決議的50週年
只是小弟每次在讀到2758號決議時
都會有個問題
原文如下：
Resolution 2758 (XXVI)
THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY.
Recalling the principles of the Charter of the United Nations.
Considering the restoration of the lawful rights of the People's Republic of
China is essential both for the protection of the Charter of the United
Nations and for the cause that the United Nations must serve under the Charter
.
Recognizing that the representatives of the Government of the People's
Republic of China are the only lawful representatives of China to the United
Nations and that the People's Republic of China is one of the five permanent
members of the Security Council.
restoration 恢復
是說
中華人民共和國在1971年以前
在聯合國裡面有曾經擔任過合法中國政府嗎？
為什麼是用"恢復"二字？
恢復不是應該指
以前曾經擁有某個東西
中途被剝奪了
之後又再拿回來嗎？
真心疑惑
所以上來問個卦
