President Tsai Ing-wen’s PhD thesis was lost by library
我是沒仔細看判決書，不過我認為重點在這一段
However, this does not mean that the University has provided inaccurate
information about the fact that President Tsai was awarded a PhD degree.
There is also nothing to suggest that the correct number of bound copies
were not provided by President Tsai prior to the viva examination.
