經過緊急會議的討論，為了確保2022北京冬季帕奧能夠順利舉行。
決定做出禁止俄羅斯和白俄羅斯出賽的決定。
Following a specially convened meeting, the International Paralympic
Committee (IPC) Governing Board has decided to refuse the athlete entries
from the RPC (翻譯:俄羅斯帕委會) and NPC Belarus (翻譯:白俄羅斯帕委會)
for the Beijing 2022 Paralympic Winter Games.
