現在十進位的文章好像蠻火的，
阿肥剛好有個問題想問，
明明input 32767，
output 32767。
但是32767+1，
input 32768，
output 卻是-1。
很懂6+6=12的聰明肥宅，
可以幫阿肥回答為什麼會這樣嗎？
