An unarmed Taiwanese fishing boat was shot by the Philipine coast guard
on the overlapping territory claimed by both sides, causing one Taiwanese dead.
The philipine authoritiies claimed that the boat made an attempt to ram their
official vessel, so that their coast guard had no choice but shoot the boat,
taking the captain's life UNINTENTIONALLY. From the beginning the Philipine
government promised to make a joint investigation, but now they refuse
to do so and resist to show the video footage on the vessel to CLEAN themselves.
