白宮回覆反服貿連署 網友不領情：「罐頭回覆」

台灣網友3月18日在「美國白宮請願網站」發起的1項連署反對兩岸簽署服貿協議的請願案
（Oppose Trade Agreement Between Taiwan and China），在突破11萬8630份連署後，
白宮回覆表示，美國支持台灣民主，尊重台灣人對服貿協議未來的決定，並希望以和平與
理性的方式討論。白宮重申，美國支持兩岸和平發展，堅決反對兩岸任何一方以片面的手
法改變現狀。
不過，網友j68345517在PTT回應，「結果什麼都沒有說 ?」；網友jackhg則說：「罐頭回
覆不意外」；還有網友APUDOOR批評，「我小學英文都比白宮回應文好」。

Response to We the People Petition on Taiwan
The United States supports Taiwan's vibrant democracy, which allows for
robust political dialogue on a range of issues. The future of the
Cross-Strait Trade in Services Agreement is an issue for the people on Taiwan
to decide. We hope the discussion can be conducted peacefully and civilly.
As a policy matter, maintenance of peace and stability across the Taiwan
Strait is in the political, security, and economic interest of the United
States. We support peaceful resolution of cross-Strait differences in a
manner acceptable to people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, and we are
opposed to any effort to resolve cross-Strait differences through
intimidation, coercion, or military force.
