AIT當初美牛的解釋，節錄：
Why Can’t the U.S. Just Ship Ractopamine-Free Beef to Taiwan?
Because ractopamine is considered safe and has been approved for use in
cattle, there is generally no segregation of the beef supply in the United
States. As a result, ractopamine-free beef is available only from a limited
number of small certified-organic ranches and processors. In fact, organic
beef is estimated to account for less than 3 percent of total U.S. beef
production.
美國只有低於3%的「有機美牛」牧場不含萊克多巴胺，
看來店家十分佛心，美國自己都十分稀少的有機美牛，台灣店家拿來做成牛肉麵；
而且還沒趁機打廣告是有機的？嘻嘻。
