今年很有趣的新聞是，一向支持共和黨的 US Chamber of Commerce，轉向支持民主黨。
民主黨自柯林頓以來，覺得窮人、勞工與少數族群是鐵票部隊，穩得很，打也打不跑。開始將重心轉向大財團開疆拓土。一方面享有照顧弱勢的大善人名譽，一方面募款募得不亦樂乎。
但鐵票部隊真的不會生鏽嗎？民主黨真的能兩面討好，得了便宜又賣乖嗎？
