但是根據Richardson向ICO投訴倫敦大學不願意公布口委姓名得到的回應
It is unfortunate that the copy of President Tsai’s thesis that the University
library held was lost or misplaced between the mid-1980s and 2010, during
various restructuring changes to the library.
也就是說倫敦大學答覆ICO的詢問的結論就是弄丟了
