括號是我加的，但加了這些字才合上述他提自己身為美國總總統的職責。此句開頭講the
idea of.... 就是要在句末再描述一下這個idea是good or bad。但idea of..後面接太長
了，拜登後來有點忘了他的句首，所以才出現句子最後的支支吾吾。
故他其實是要講「要我對他在香港的所作所為、對西藏的所作所為、對台灣的所做所為默
不做聲是不符合美國價值的」。
