《立法院職權行使法》第五十條之二增訂：「接受調查詢問之人員，經主席同意，於必要
時得協同律師或相關專業人員到場協助之」。換言之，如果主席不同意，你就不能請律師
。

ves Rule 8(j) Hearing Procedures聽證程序(1)(i)...... Witnesses at hearings may
be accompanied by their own counsel for the purpose of advising them concerni
ng their constitutional rights. 聽證會之證人可由其律師陪同，以利提供關於憲法上
