我是用富邦信用卡刷的(VISA)，
消費都會有電子郵件通知，
因為沒收到1元的消費通知，
又因為最近Steam付款不能用富邦VISA(信用卡)，
有點擔心不會成功，
打電話去富邦客服問，
客服回答：「對方(MD)有連線0元的授權，但0元不算交易成功(可算交易失敗)，
可能是對方試刷，但是不保證之後會交易成功，
因為一般來說試刷都是1美元。」
所以看完MD的Q&A我又寫信問了MD
信件內容如下：
Hello there,
My apologies for the confusion! The authorization charge does not always
appear, and not seeing it does not mean that your order will fail.
If for some reason there is a problem when the system goes to collect
payment, you will automatically receive an error email giving you 24 hours to
fix the problem and/or provide another method of payment. The Philips SHP9500
Headphones drop ends at 9:00 pm PDT this Thursday, March 26th, so keep an eye
on your inbox shortly afterward to confirm that your purchase was successful.

大意是：
1、不是每項交易都會有試刷動作。
2、活動時間到後，若付款沒成功，屆時會有24小時的時間可以補付款。
(換PAYPAL會比較穩)
