內容: Drop status update.
For drops in the past we've always dealt with a reseller
who has fulfilled our orders without issue.
At the bequest of Jaybird and on the pretense of working together
we stopped using resellers for this drop.
After weeks of back and forth working on the details of this drop
and proceeding without incidence, Jaybird has decided to stop replying
to all our attempts at communication and is currently showing no signs
that they will respond to us or follow through on fulfilling this order.
As soon as we received the news, we contacted our other vendors
in an effort to source this unit.
Unfortunately, no one was able to accommodate our request.
Rather than hope that communications finally resume,
we are issuing refunds to everyone involved and apologize
for the unprofessional manner in which this has been handled by Jaybird.
We would like to thank you for all your patience and understanding
of this unfortunate situation.

在下的破英文不太理解它前面說的原因,總之就是 Jaybird 不同意這次的團購,
Massdrop聯絡其它供應商也沒辦法提供,因此取消此次團購然後會退款。
