剛看到Toxic的Frank在臉書上致歉說，因為
前陣子他和Max的家人都住院了，所以近期
的訂單延遲，也無暇回e-mail。所幸現在他們的家人已經出院回家了，會儘快趕工的！
如果有燒友們在等他們的線，請再耐心等等囉～（我也在等XD)
對於這種苦做實做的創業家，我真的都很敬佩

Dear Valued Customers & Friends
親愛的顧客、朋友們
I am extremely sorry for my lack of responses
and contact lately and delayed orders, both
me an Max have had a loved one in hospital
for weeks, one of us had our elderly father in
hospital while the other had a newborn
daughter in critical condition in intensive care
since birth for 3 weeks. Fortunately both are
now home as of this week.
對於近期疏於聯繫，及延後的訂單我感到十分
抱歉。這幾週我和Max都有家人住院，一位是爸爸，另一位則是剛出生三週的女兒情況緊
急進了加護病房，所幸他們這週都已經回家了。
We hope to get back to work early next week
and will be working around the clock to get
pending cables out.
我們希望下週可以趕快重回工作崗位，並且會日以繼夜把尚未出貨的耳機線完成。
For those that ordered DIY items, Max will be
packing these over the weekend and ship on
Monday.
至於DIY零件的訂單，Max這個週末會包裝好，於下週一出貨
Doe to how long i have not replied to emails,
over 2,000 emails have gathered up, this
would take me the best part of a few days to
reply to, so i feel it is best to work on cables
instead as many of these emails likely will no
longer be relevant, but if you sent an email
that you need me to see and reply to, please
re send that email and i will reply ASAP.
因為已經很久沒有回覆email，大概累積了超過2000封信，如果要回覆可能要花好幾天，
所以我覺得還是應該先盡快完成線材，因為應該也很多封已經不相關了（譯註：大概是指
日期超過的意思吧），但是如果你有寄任何email需要我回覆的，請再寄一次，我會盡快
回覆。
As an apology, we will be releasing a limited
edition cable next month that is limited to just
20pcs, we will be giving away most of these
to customers who have been patiently
waiting in a random prize draw once all your
orders have shipped.
為了向各位致歉，目前的訂單出貨後，我們下個月會釋出20條限量版的線，大部分會送給
顧
客（以隨機抽籤的方式）

understanding and please accept my sincere
apologies again.
