想說跟大家分享美國客服回應
直接切入主題
音質:
就音質來說這隻真的不錯,可上可下
高音不會刺耳,低音收的乾淨
但是,有底噪!有底噪!有底噪!
會在清唱或配樂較少的地方出現
環境音較大或者是音樂較複雜的時候就聽不見了,介意的人要考慮
通話:
這一個多禮拜接電話的時候都剛好沒戴著無法評論
看網路的評論好像還行
當初想問說是不是拿到料有問題的
如果沒問題能不能透過軟體更新改善底噪
於是去就去問客服,以下是回應
第一封:
Thank you for your email to bring your concern to our attention.
We are aware of a minor batch issue affecting less than 1% of customers who ha
ve purchased Liberty 2 Pro. The issue itself regards abnormal levels of “back
ground noise”. Please rest assured, the issue has been rectified and for the
minute number of customers that have been affected, we will obviously honor th
e Soundcore 18-month warranty and arrange an exchange if the item was directly
bought from our Ankerdirect store on Amazon, website or our authorized resell
ers such as Walmart, Target, etc.
For the warranty issues, please first provide the following information:
- A screenshot or pdf of the invoice confirming the order number from the item
's
purchase (or a picture of the receipt if it was bought from the store)
- The SN#, printed on the USB-C charging cap as the attachment shows (looks so
me
thing like "SN: AC3ETM0826502043"). If you can't find the SN, a photo of the p
roduct with the Soundcore logo showing will suffice instead.
- Your current shipping address.
Apologies again for the inconvenience.

說大概有1%的人有這問題,是料件問題換個新的就好了,然後想幫我換新的
可以,這服務很美國,但其實我有說跟台灣代理買的,然後沒回答軟體更新部分
於是我再寫一次,順便附上SN碼給她查

serial number from your pictures, I noticed the item you bought is already the
latest version (with hardware to reduce the hissing sound). I am afraid we ne
ed to keep improving this item to ensure a better experience.

原本有想說找代理商換貨,但看回應感覺可能是設計問題
所以只能看能不能靠軟體了

at this moment due to the limitation of the current Qualcomm platform. We als
o have tried hard to balance the volume as well as the sound quality on this v
ersion. Our product team is working hard for continuous improvement, and we ar
e more than happy to keep you updated if we have the newer version available i
n the future.

結論高通的鍋?總之看來沒那麼快解決
想買的可以趁現在買,價錢超過5千的話個人覺得有點不值
早知道晚點買了,超幹

今天跟原廠開會溝通過您的問題,目前得到的資訊是我們智選家第一批貨確定47週後的都
是更新過的版本,已經優化了底噪的問題。
亞馬遜客服會說48週,是因為亞馬遜目前主要銷售的是48週那批貨,所以他們客服統一的
回覆為48週為優化版本;但是不了解我們台灣出貨的情況,造成了您的誤解。
因為針對底噪出貨版本批次的問題,PPT的用戶可能會產生跟您一樣的誤解,也想麻煩你
幫我們補充說明一下,謝謝~
