最主要對Drake的家庭做出了攻擊，並且再次提起Drake似乎與前AV女優 Sophie Brussaux有

傳聞Sophie和他的小孩現今住在法國，Pusha T才使用了 border patrol一詞。
"OVO 40, hunched over like he 80, tick, tick, tick
How much time he got? That man is sick, sick, sick"
Drake在 Duppy Freestyle對 Kanye做出了攻擊，Pusha T也應當對Drake的王牌製作人反擊，嘲諷了罹患多發性硬化症的 40 (Noah "40" Shebib)。
更巧的是明天正好是國際多發性硬化症日。
