申訴駁回。
nothingptt 於申訴時提出其與 homeonly 註冊資料不同，
並有名片、紙本郵件為證，
然此類證據僅能證明現實生活中確有此二人存在，
無法證明 nothingptt 及 homeonly 兩名帳號是否為同一人持有或使用。
nothingptt 另主張其與 homeonly 同居所同公司故 ip 類似；
然依兩人登入紀錄觀之，亦有違常理。
後者之 ip 曾多次隨 nothingptt 或 nothingptt 持有之其他帳號變動，
且變動時四碼 ip 皆隨之更動，
此變動情形需 nothingptt 與 homeonly 一起更換上站場地方有可能達到，
而 nothingptt (或其另持有之帳號) 與 homeonly 亦有多次
於誤差極短之時間內自相同 ip 登入，
並非僅是 nothingptt 主張之 ip 類似而已。
綜合上述理由，駁回申訴。
