小弟27號在ebay上得標一件物品並透過paypal付款完成
查詢paypal跟自己的checking account皆顯示已扣款
我不太了解的是賣家卻寫信跟我說
hey there the money is still pending in my account as soon as I have received
the money I will ship it off . Thank you.
請問這是哪邊出了問題?
我需要回覆賣家什麼嗎?
