所以商品是寄到美國的代收
今天早上賣家寫了一封信,跟我說他記錯商品了
I made a mistake In the packages. I accidentally sent the wrong jersey to
you. When you receive that package if you can return it (I will pay for
return shipping) and I'll get the sent your way.
Once again so sorry for the mixup, will get this resolved as soon as possible
之後我詢問了代收他說 如果對方是用USPS可以直接"return to sender"不用運費
我有跟賣家說我不想要購買了,會直接"return to sender"給他,要求他直接退款給我

I'll refund it as soon as I get the back. No problem. I have the
ready to ship, just made a mistake packing them. People do make
mistakes, and once again I said I'm sorry, completely my fault. As soon as I
get the other, I can either offer a refund or just send u the correct
one.
可以請問大家一下怎麼處理會比較好嗎?
USPS直接"return to sender"會有追蹤編號嗎,是否會有證明
怕賣家會沒收到責任不知道算誰的
我退回商品paypal會知道嗎?
可以直接開paypal申訴嗎,要怎樣我才可以拿到款項?
