[經驗] ASOS莫名其妙被退貨

我在5/30下標一雙adidas superstar金標
6/4收到asos通知已寄出
(並預定在6/16收到)
接著我人就放心出國了 想說回國鞋子應該也收到了
按照幾次經驗法則 我通常都是在預期的日期很久才收到
可是我6/21回國 還是沒看到鞋子
於是就寫信去詢問我的訂單 收到自動回覆有收到我的問題
接著我今早就收到這封信 超級錯愕

Just a heads up to say we got your returned item/s – thanks!
We've issued a refund back to the payment method that was used to place your
order. Your refund can take 10 working days to reach your account, depending
on your card issuer or bank.

莫名其妙的 我還沒收到訂單 就被宣佈要退我款項了
於是我又寫了封信過去解釋 我沒收到商品 為什麼要退我款
剛又收到回信,內容如下:
Hi *****,
Thanks for getting in touch with us about your order 208414890.
I'm sorry this hasn't arrived to you, after looking over this for you it
seems the courier had to return this back to us though I'm unable to check
why as no tracking was available.
You were refunded £44.51 on 22nd June to the Mastercard you used to place
your order.
The following items have been refunded:
1 x adidas Originals Superstar White & Black Trainers White & black (White)
UK 4 (4796054)
Depending on your card issuer or bank, the money can take 5-10 working days
to appear in your account.
We sent you an email to let you know about this - I'm sorry if you didn't
receive it. It might be that your email software sent it to your junk mail
folder - it's worth checking your mail settings and making sure ASOS.com is a
'safe' sender.

很生氣的是asos只用了一句courier把我商品退回去來解釋我的訂單
接著就退我款項結案這樣
從頭到尾沒有收到東西 就被莫名其妙退貨
訂了幾次asos 雖然東西總是很慢才收到(從來沒被昇級過)
也沒有發生過這樣莫名的事
我想以後不考慮asos了 = =
