七月底收到錯誤尺寸的衣服
馬上去信ASOS詢問後續退貨問題
7/27 告知客服拿到錯誤尺寸後請skynet收走商品
退貨時可以選退款或是換貨 當時我選了換貨
ASOS有回信等寄出正確商品時會再以mail通知出貨
8/8 接到ASOS mail通知收到我寄回的錯誤商品
同天我寄信詢問換貨商品的出貨進度收到以下回覆

when your item reached us back at our warehouse we refunded you 15.25 GBP to
your original Visa payment method. This was processed on the 7th August 2016
and depending on your card issuer or bank, the money can take up to 5-10
working days to appear in your account.
Lastly, we've processed a replacement for your Brave Soul Print Dress and
we're just getting this packaged up and sent out to you. Don't worry - as
you've already been charged for the dress you won't be charged again and the
replacement delivery service is free. You’ll get a shipping confirmation
email when your replacement is on its way to you.
可能我理解錯誤
這兩段意思是矛盾嗎?
第一段說沒辦法進行換貨所以在8/7進行刷退了
(刷退部分因為8/7才剛刷退查詢過網銀還沒資料)
但第二段又說因為我已經付過款項 所以不再收取費用
會等出貨時再寄mail通知出貨
原本買兩件洋裝 A(尺寸錯誤已退回) & B(正確目前躺在我衣櫃裡)
原收到錯誤洋裝是A 要換貨的也是A
但他要寄出的的是原本收到正確的那件洋裝B
(變成我會有兩件一樣的洋裝??)
怎麼明明要換A卻又要再給我一次B
被搞得好亂啊@_@
