請問國外網站用DHL寄件，但是寄錯包裹，我已付關稅，我寫信過去要求退關稅費用，我
知道關稅不是他們收的，但因為他們寄錯導致我需要付這筆關稅我覺得很不合理，以下是
他們的回信，想請問意思是他們會補寄一個價值0的包裹，所以我不會被收這個新包裹的
關稅嗎？最後一句不太懂意思，再麻煩大家幫忙解答，謝謝。
