前三年我常在ebay購買2手筆電自用\送親友\公司用
半年約一件
但今年7月底到昨天共有三筆都出了狀況
分別是
1.Dell Latitude 7420 2023-7-18
2.Dell Latitude 7420 2023-8-23
3.Dell Latitude 7410 2023-9-25
前兩台都在 Dispatched by US Carrier 就停止更新
第3台 從10/3未更新資訊
直到今天早上才看到
(同時更新) 10/3 returned due to prohibited item
10/12 Cannot be exported
想請問一下 Cannot be exported 指的是 台灣 還是美國 不准?
另外 若是 台灣NCC的關係
我想要簽自用切結書
但目前廠商都用 ebay Global Shipping program 情況下 提單號碼要怎麼要到?
