不好意思，又來問問題了!!
要玩富士、箱根地區，打算購買小急田的富士、箱根三日周遊卷
行程：新宿(中央高速巴士)→富士(住一晚)→箱根(住一晚)→隔天回新宿(小急田電鐵)
寫了中文信給小急田旅遊服中心
但回的是英文,無耐我完全無法看懂組合在一起的英文們!
第一封小急田，要我回覆中央高速巴士的乘車日、時間、人數…等等
我回覆相關資料並再詢問到新宿的小急田服務中心後怎麼取票
以及河口湖至箱根的兩段巴士是否也要預約劃位
但小急田來信並沒有給我回覆QQ(不知是不是用中文問就乎略我的問題呢?!)
中央高速巴士預約完，怎麼在新宿小急田旅遊服務中心
說我巳有預約了是來購買(拿)票的呢?!
而小急田信中說訂中央高速巴士只能限一個月內，那這樣我還能預約嗎?!
信中又提到一個日期4/13 這是??!!!
以下是小急田回覆的信件內容
Dear Customer,
This is Odakyu Sightseeing Service Center. Thank you for your email.
We would like to inform you that Chuo Highway Bus reservation can only be
preceded one month prior to the departure date.
Regarding your departure date 05/13 (MM/DD), we will make your reservation on
04/13 (MM/DD) in the morning and reply to you as soon as we complete all of
your reservation. There is no need to send us a reminder email.
To pick up your reserved tickets, please come to our center within the office
hour (08:00-18:00) and at least 1 hour before your departure time. Please be
noted that if you do not come to the office before that we requested above,
your reservation will be canceｌled.
When you arrive at our center, please tell our staff your reservation details
(Name, Departure Date and Departure Time) to claim your ticket. For the
location of our center, please refer to the following map:
