五月即將去大阪京都自由行,所以於要去的一個月前就預訂了飯店
當初也是考慮地點及價格所以選擇了UNIZO KYOTO
於是在訂房網上預訂了房間
因為過了兩個禮拜都沒收到UNIZO的確認函所以就mail給飯店
飯店回覆我沒收到我的預訂,於是我再詢問訂房網
他們說他們的訂單沒有問題,飯店也已經確認了
但是我預定的訂房網台灣沒有客服所以就在隔天取消了預定
就在我取消完隔天收到飯店說他們確認我的訂房於兩個禮拜前就有了
但是現在已經接到訂房網的取消因此也幫我取消了訂房
整個就是羅生門吧,是因為沒房間才這樣嗎?我是不得而知
不過也已經另外訂房了,只是明明有確認訂房卻來信說沒有
這樣作法比較不能讓人接受,現在也請他們來信說清楚這情形(靜待回復)
以後真的比較不會考慮這間飯店了。

10th for 1 night in a double room. The reservation was made in the name of
Shi Hsu Tsai. Is this fine?
As your booking was made from a foreign travel agency, your booking data
could arrive here with some delay. Do you remember the date you made your
reservation?
We suggest you to wait for few days more, an see if your booking information
will be sent in these following days.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Regarding your booking status, we could
verify the reservation made on 8th of April, but now is cancelled according
to your request.
There is no charge or cancellation fee from this hotel. But if you have
already pay some amount to the travel agency were you had made your
reservation, you should ask to the travel agency itself for the refund.
