很笨的我又來了真是抱歉。明天就要出發了，昨天半夜訂票太睏了買成兒童票（實際上是兩
個成人）買的渠道不讓我退。
原本查詢有一次免費改票，但不確定兒童-成人是否在改票範圍內，就寫信去問。

For your information, the unused Exchange Order (MCO/E-TICKET) of the JR-WEST Ra
il Pass (such as Kansai Area Pass) can be refunded after you exchange it for the
actual rail pass at the JR-WEST ticket office in Kansai-airport station. The ha
ndling fee (10% of the sales price in Japanese yen) will be deducted.
但爬文時好像看到有人寫兒童票不能退，又有點慌，想問一下有人退過兒童票嗎？

妳的訂單去關西機場的櫃檯換成實體票券後，可以退票，但會扣10%手續費，我沒理解錯的話應該是這樣

照他的回答你應該是只能這樣，沒辦法改票可以退啊，他寫can be refunded

大人買兒童票，JR 有可能不讓你換不能換，JR就沒有退票問題你是買那張pass,有記名或沒記名如果是無記名就沒有換的問題。
謝謝h大，我重新訂好了，我是買關西版的，目前只有兌換券，不知道有沒有記名。
