去過日本旅行幾次,曾住過一次公寓式飯店,就愛上了這種住宿。
最大的好處是:
1.有小廚房,可以在日本超市買食材自己料理,和牛當然要買起來!
2.有洗衣機,這樣行李的衣物就能帶少一點,戰利品帶多一些,方便。
3.有一點點日本居家的生活感。
這次要前往日本岡山遊玩,所以也透過阿狗打訂了一間日本的公寓式民宿。
星期二就要出發了,結果剛剛收到該民宿業者傳的訊息:
Thank you very much for booking our facility.
We understand that you made a reservation through our reservation website,
but for various reasons, we need to switch this reservation to a direct
booking.
The rate will remain the same, so we will send you a cancellation request
once we receive your request, and you will need to complete the cancellation
procedure on your own.
We will not be able to exchange messages after the cancellation, so please
email us at this email address when you have completed the cancellation
process
We will respond to any emails or inquiries about how to enter the room from
the above email address.
Thank you for your patience.
我有點不太懂這個操作,因為也沒遇過,感覺像是民宿業者想繞過第三方平台
,因為同時我也收到阿狗打的訊息:
We have important information regarding your booking.
The property contacted to inform us that you wish to cancel this booking.
However, we cannot proceed unless we receive confirmation that indeed you
made this request. Kindly let us know if you wish to proceed with the
cancellation so we can process it for you.
Please get back to us before [deadline, if any], property time; otherwise, we
may no longer be able to proceed with the free cancellation. (remove if no
deadline provided)
但我本人沒有要取消這次住宿,看起來是民宿業者方面通知阿狗打要取消,
然後阿狗打要跟我確認。
因為第一次遇到這個狀況,後天就要出發了,現在有點不知道要怎麼做?
1.在阿狗打上取消,透過民宿業者留的電子信箱和它們聯絡。
2.不管他,可是很怕這樣會不會到時無法入住?
3.取消,趕快直接找別間住宿。
不曉得有沒有版友有過類似的經驗,可以跟我說我該怎麼做嗎?
老實講現在真的有點慌,沒遇過這種狀況。
