今天要來分享
梨大短期課程暑期班報名過程
原本在成均館和梨大之間猶豫不決
但因為成均館的時間和目前工作時間無法配合
最後選擇了梨大!!
▶ 梨大短期課程 Program outline
三週/每周20小時/一期總共60小時/上課時間9:10~13:00/Levels 1~4/每班人數約10~15人

我想報名今年2014年夏季(8/5~8/22)短期課程，請問什麼時候開放報名呢?

Hello. This is ELC.
Thank you for your interest on ELC.
This is our new leaflet attached.
First you have to register course by on-line(http://elcatom.com), and submit
documents by email.
(先加入會員後在網站上報名)
Please submit these documents by email.
1> A copy of your passport
2> A graduation(or enrollment) certificate from the most recently attended
school or official transcript
< unofficial transcript and student ID card are not acceptable>
報名後寄給他以下資料
1>護照影本
2>畢業證書
You can apply dormitory after you finish your course registration.
And I cannot answer dormitory fee and vacancy, because it may change.
We can offer dormitory February, July, and August short-term course.
But we cannot offer without these seasons, because there is no vacancy.
I can inform accurate cost and vacancy of dormitory before 1 month ago of the
course starting.
總之就是說報名完成和繳費後就可以申請宿舍，他無法現在告知宿舍價錢和是否有空房，
因為可能有變動。
能提供宿舍的是二月、七月和八月的短期課程，會在課程開始前一個月告知價錢和有無申
請到宿舍。
And you can apply the summer's course from March 1st.
三月一號就可以申請暑期課程
Furtermore, ELC does not offer any visa documents for short-term course
students.

馬上申請帳號報名
報名的網站不知道為什麼我用google chrome開不了 只好用IE開
填寫報名表時還需要下載一個程式 不過很快~
報名結束後寫了mail通知，附上掃描後的護照影本和畢業證書
mail如下

信內容太多省略～
主要就是已經確認我的報名，隨信附上匯款資訊
如果有少匯或是多匯的話，開學後會請你補上或是退款~
匯款後請用fax或是email將匯款水單(收據)給他們
▶ 3/6 匯款 & 掃描收據
吃完午餐馬上手刀衝去公司樓下聯邦銀行匯款
直接去外匯櫃台告訴行員要匯款到韓國銀行
學校接受美金、韓圜和日幣，我是用美金匯的
匯款資訊要填寫完整並再三檢查喔!!!
晚上寫mail隨信附上匯款水單給學校，並附註我要宿舍宿舍宿舍~~~~~~

I have paid the fees on Mar. 6th.
Please refer to the remittance copy as attached.
If I less any information, please tell me.
And I want to apply for dormitory.

Hello. This is Ewha Language Center.
I have checked your tuition fee, so I am pleased to inform you that your
registration process for the short-term semester has been successfully
completed.
Please attend the placement test conducted on August 4th(Mon), 2014 at #103
and will start at 10 : 00 am in the morning.
The center’s building is located near the back gate of Ewha Womans
University and the called ‘Ewha-Samsung Education Building’.
And you have deficit money(45,617KRW), please pay it after class starts.
Your dormitory waiting list number is 1.
I will inform you the cost and check-in information before class starts, and
it will be early June.
If you have more questions, please feel free to contact us.

匯款到確認款項大概需要一到兩個工作天
今天一早馬上收到回信說已經成功匯款了
學校說少匯了45617韓圜 大約台幣1300 竟然少匯這麼多!!!
不過課程開始後再補上即可~~
宿舍竟然候補一位!!!!!!
這樣代表我是第一個的意思嗎!!!!!!!!!
希望排宿舍一切順利啊!!!
我要大大大大大力稱讚梨大效率之高!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

再來就要等六月初公布宿舍了!!!
