You may be feeling very confident that the path you are forging now is the
absolute best path to follow. It may have taken some time and effort, but you
have convinced someone to go along with you. But if you boast about your
confidence along the way, and stress the fact that you will be validated, you
may turn off anyone who has chosen to go along with you, Leo. Be humble and
understated as you move ahead with this venture. Be appreciative of the
efforts and talents of others too. One of the primary ingredients of
leadership is respect.
