or negative, depending on the situation. If one keeps company with someone of
poor character, we assume that this person also has a flawed character. Likewi
se, if someone spends time around people with good character and impressive ta
lents, we may believe they must also be of good character and amply talented.
But even though this is indicative in general, this isn't necessarily an accur
ate way to assess, as assumptions about people and who they associate with can
be misleading. Don't make a judgment today about someone based on the company
they keep.
