emotion to experience. You aren't someone who usually gets all worked up over
nothing, but right now you may be allowing every little thing get to you.
That's not because there is a good reason for it. More likely it's because
you have so many things on your mind at once that you can't take it all in
without feeling pressed to the wall. So take one piece at a time, solve it,
and move on to the next thing. You can clear away all of your troubles one
bite at a time.
