If you do not take the time to address a certain matter, Libra, then either
someone else will address it, or it will resolve itself in some other way. If
you procrastinate or ignore the matter altogether, then you're giving up your
power to be involved in influencing the outcome. Is that okay with you? If
not, then the time to take action is now. Letting this take on a life of its
own may result in an outcome that you are not happy with - yet it will be the
result that you allowed to occur. Don't rush into it, but don't wait until
it's too late either.
